Three steps
- 1Open the job page
On the employer's site or any hiring portal: Workday, Workable, iCIMS, Oracle, SuccessFactors, or any other form.
- 2Click the Wasel icon
We fill in your name, contact details and experience, upload your CV, and answer from your saved answers.
- 3Review and submit yourself
You see what was filled in and what's missing. Once you submit, the application is added to “Applications” in Wasel.
What it does for you
We recognize the well-known hiring systems, and on other sites we match fields by their labels.
Upload your original CV, or let us reword it for the job you have open, from your own experience, with nothing made up.
You can save the answers you write, and they fill in by themselves on future forms.
Every application you send is logged in “Applications” with its confirmation number, plus a screenshot of the confirmation page if you want.
Questions
Does the extension submit applications for me?
No. The extension fills in and prepares; you always press the submit button yourself.
What does the extension read from pages?
Only the page where you open Wasel yourself: the form fields and the job ad text. It doesn't track your browsing or read passwords.
Do I need a Wasel account?
Yes, so we can fill in from your profile and CV. Signing up is free during the beta.
What about verification codes, Nafath and CAPTCHA?
Those are always yours. The extension stops at them and carries on once you've done them.
