Key Responsibilities • Financial Management: Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Cost Control: Monitor and analyze F&B costs, manage variances, and implement effective waste-reduction strategies. • Compliance: Ensure full adherence to ZATCA regulations, VAT filings, and local financial laws. • Inventory & Audit: Supervise stocktaking processes and ensure seamless integration between POS systems and the general ledger. • Strategic Planning: Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management to support business growth. • Leadership: Direct and mentor the accounting team to maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity.
