Assistant Manager - Engineering Solutions - BIM

The role is responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting solution architecture components for development business systems, including Design, Engineering, BIM, GIS, Digital Twin, and related development platforms. The position ensures business and technology requirements are translated into scalable, interoperable, and reliable technical solutions that support efficient project delivery and operational consistency across development systems. Key Responsibilities • Develop solution architecture designs, technical specifications, and integration models aligned with enterprise standards. • Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and implementable technical solutions. • Execute solution implementation activities including configuration, deployment, testing, migration, and go-live support. • Support systems integration and ensure reliable interoperability and data flow across platforms. • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, and solution artifacts. • Validate implemented solutions against approved architecture, governance, and compliance standards. • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve technical and integration issues. • Monitor system performance, support enhancement initiatives, and identify improvement opportunities. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support operational readiness and handover activities. • Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices relevant to development systems and enterprise platforms
