Assistant Manager - Technology Procurement

Responsible for end‑to‑end procurement of technology goods and services, including IT hardware, software, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, telecom, and professional services . The role ensures cost‑effective sourcing , strong vendor management , and full compliance with procurement governance Key Responsibilities • Manage full procurement lifecycle for IT hardware, software, SaaS, cloud, telecom, and IT services . • Lead RFIs, RFPs, RFQs , bid evaluations, and supplier selection. • Conduct commercial negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms. • Coordinate contract reviews with Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, IT , and other stakeholders. • Maintain strong relationships with strategic technology vendors ; monitor performance against SLAs/KPIs . • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance, and regulatory requirements. • Support budgeting, spend analysis, reporting , and market benchmarking. • Track and manage software licenses, renewals, subscriptions , and cloud consumption. • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
