Responsibilities : • Monitor hotel operations, service standards, guest experience, costs, and operator performance. • Review management reports, guest feedback, audits, and operational risks. • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, revenue performance, and asset value. • Ensure compliance with SOPs, brand standards, safety requirements, and approved business plans. • Review and coordinate OS&E and FF&E selections, mock-ups, installation readiness, and handover. • Support capital projects and asset enhancements while minimizing operational disruption. • Coordinate with hotel operators, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders. • Prepare operational reports and track improvement actions through completion.
