Associate Program Development & Evaluation Analyst (Instructional Design)

We are seeking an experienced Associate Program Development & Evaluation Analyst (Instructional Design) to design, develop, and evaluate engaging learning and development programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, program evaluation, and e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and evaluate effective learning and development programs. • Create engaging and interactive digital learning content using industry-standard authoring tools. • Apply adult learning theories and instructional design principles to develop effective learning solutions. • Utilize instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM throughout the learning development process. • Conduct program evaluations to assess the effectiveness and impact of training initiatives. • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop appropriate solutions. • Manage instructional design and program development projects independently while ensuring timely delivery. • Support the continuous improvement of learning programs and instructional materials. • Handle multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
