The Associate Talent Acquisition Advisor will play a key role in supporting the recruitment team in sourcing and attracting top talent for our clients. Responsibilities • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with candidates. • Support the team in developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. • Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and fit for specific roles. • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system. • Build relationships with potential candidates and maintain engagement throughout the recruitment process. • Contribute to the development of talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. • Collaborate with team members on projects and initiatives to improve recruitment processes. • Provide timely updates and reports on recruitment activities to the management team.
