Associate - Utilites Engineering (SMP)

 Conduct regular inspections and monitoring of utility systems to identify issues and ensure optimal performance.  Maintain a full understanding of the NEOM utility assets MEP systems and plant.  Respond promptly to emergency outages and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime  Analyze utility consumption data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings  Develop strategies to optimize utility usage, minimize waste, and promote sustainability initiatives  Analyze utility consumption data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings  Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to utility management  Implement energy-saving practices and technologies to reduce the organization's environmental footprint  Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and guidelines related to utility operations  Lead utility-related projects, including upgrades, expansions, and installations, from inception to completion  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements  Ensure projects are executed within budget and meet quality and safety standards  Collaborate with other departments and teams to address utility-related needs and concerns  Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the utility engineering team  Maintain a full understanding of the operation and maintenance needs of the utilities MEP Assets.  Maintain a full understanding of the agreed SLA & KPIs to be delivered by contracted Service Partners  Undertake daily monitoring and reporting of related contracted Service Partners activities  Provide advice and guidance to related contracted Service Partners  Supporting the Utilities & Facilities Maintenance management in analyzing Service Partner Performance  Report on
