Contact Center Specialist

Rentokil Boecker Saudi Arabia is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Client Service Coordinator to join our team. This position is for Saudi Nationals Only. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries received through t elephone, website, live chat, WhatsApp, and email, while ensuring timely follow-up and an exceptional customer experience. Working Hours:  4 hours per day, 6 days per week (split shifts) Work Model:  Hybrid (office and remote) He/she will be responsible of the following: • Receive and manage customer inquiries across all communication channels. • Log all customer inquiries and prospects into the ICABS system. • Allocate prospects to the assigned Sales Consultant in each branch. • Notify the assigned consultant immediately via email and WhatsApp. • Follow up on all inquiries within 24 hours to confirm whether the customer has been visited, surveyed, quoted, or converted into a sale. • Escalate any delays or missed actions to the Branch Manager (BM) and Area Sales Manager (ASM). • Maintain accurate records and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
