Contracts Advisor - Capital Projects (EPC) Experience

Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Contracts Advisor with expertise in Capital Projects and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contract negotiations and administration for large-scale capital projects, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation across all stages of EPC contracts. If selected, the work location would be onsite at Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities • Draft, negotiate, and manage EPC contracts and subcontracts for capital projects • Ensure contract compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards • Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies related to contract terms • Collaborate with project, legal, finance, and procurement teams to facilitate contract execution • Manage contract amendments, claims, and dispute resolution processes • Maintain accurate contract documentation and reporting throughout project lifecycle • Provide expert advice on contractual obligations impacting capital projects
