Crane Operator Trainer (Saudi Arabia)

We are looking for an experienced Crane Operator Trainer with strong hands-on experience in mobile crane operations and heavy equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing theoretical and practical training, assessing operator competency, and ensuring safe and efficient crane operations. Key Responsibilities • Deliver theoretical and practical training for mobile crane operations. • Conduct hands-on training on crane operation, lifting procedures, and safe equipment handling. • Assess trainees' knowledge, practical skills, and operator competency. • Demonstrate proper crane operating techniques and safe work practices. • Provide coaching and corrective guidance to trainees. • Conduct practical assessments and maintain training and competency records. • Ensure training activities comply with applicable HSE and lifting safety standards. • Identify trainee skill gaps and recommend additional training. • Support training programs related to heavy equipment operations.
