In this role, you will act as the main point of contact within the design team for technical issues related to water and irrigation networks . What You’ll Be Doing: • Design and plan primary and secondary pressurized networks. • Act as the main point of contact within the design team for technical issues related to water/irrigation networks . • Provide support for other engineering activities as required. • Compute water demands and requirements. • Develop efficient and cost-effective pressurized network designs that meet all requirements. • Prepare site plans, design reports, specifications, and cost estimates. • Review deliverables, including design reports, design submissions, and specifications. What Required Skills You’ll Bring: • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or a related field from an accredited University/Institute is required. • Minimum 20 years of experience in the design of infrastructure mega projects, specifically irrigation network design . • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Experience advising clients on the best systems, materials, products, and sustainability approaches for irrigation systems. What Desired Skills You’ll Bring: • Strong computer/software skills in WaterGEMS, LandF/x, Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Rain Cad (please confirm exact product spellings as used by the company).
