Director of Maintenance - Saudi Arabia AOC (GACA)

Beond is the world's first premium leisure airline, flying an all-lie-flat Airbus fleet, and is standing up new Air Operator Certificates in Bahrain (BCAA) and Saudi Arabia (GACA). We are seeking a Director of Maintenance for our Saudi Arabia AOC (General Authority of Civil Aviation), based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Director of Maintenance is appointed by, and reports to, the Accountable Executive, and is responsible for: • Administer the certificate holder's approved maintenance programme. • Own the maintenance organisation exposition/manual and ensure aircraft are maintained and returned to service per the GACAR. • Manage contracted maintenance (Part-145 / repair stations) and the airworthiness interface. • Ensure reliability monitoring, AD/SB management and technical-records integrity. • Interface with GACA for maintenance approvals, audits and findings.
