Director of Safety - Saudi Arabia AOC (GACA)

Beond is the world's first premium leisure airline, flying an all-lie-flat Airbus fleet, and is standing up new Air Operator Certificates in Bahrain (BCAA) and Saudi Arabia (GACA). We are seeking a Director of Safety for our Saudi Arabia AOC (General Authority of Civil Aviation), based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Director of Safety is appointed by, and reports to, the Accountable Executive, and is responsible for: • Own and administer the Safety Management System (SMS) across the Saudi AOC. • Lead hazard identification, risk management, safety assurance and a just reporting culture. • Manage safety performance indicators, the safety review board and safety promotion. • Provide independent safety oversight of operations and maintenance activities. • Interface with GACA on safety matters, audits and findings.
