This is an opportunity to join a business shaping complex, large-scale real estate assets through disciplined asset stewardship and operational readiness. As Director - City Asset Management, you will help shape how social assets are prepared, managed, and optimized across City Operations. This role is focused on protecting long-term asset value while supporting high service standards, operational effectiveness, and commercial performance across a broad portfolio. Responsibilities • Lead portfolio-level management of social assets to ensure readiness, service quality, lifecycle performance, commercialization, optimization, and long-term value realization across City Operations. • Drive asset lifecycle planning and portfolio performance management across city assets. • Oversee service quality management and handover readiness to support operational success. • Translate operational needs into stage gate requirements and readiness inputs. • Coordinate across operators, FM providers, and City Operations functions to align asset management priorities.
