Collaborating closely with our instructional designers, developers, and subject matter experts, you will evaluate the usability, functionality, and overall quality of our e-learning content. Key Responsibilities: • Thoroughly review e-learning modules for accuracy and alignment with established learning objectives. • Conduct usability testing and provide feedback on the learner experience, ensuring it is intuitive and seamless. • Identify, document, and track defects or inconsistencies in e-learning content. • Work alongside instructional designers to improve content based on testing and feedback. • Perform compatibility checks across various devices, browsers, and learning management systems (LMS). • Establish and maintain quality assurance standards and protocols for e-learning development. • Offer training and support to team members regarding quality assurance processes. • Stay updated on the latest trends in e-learning and quality assurance methodologies.
