E-Learning Systems Developer

In this position, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining e-learning applications and systems that facilitate engaging and effective learning experiences. You will work closely with instructional designers and subject matter experts to implement robust e-learning solutions tailored to meet educational needs. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deploy interactive e-learning content and applications using appropriate technologies. • Collaborate with instructional designers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Ensure that e-learning modules are accessible, user-friendly, and compatible across different devices and platforms. • Integrate multimedia elements such as graphics, audio, and video into e-learning content to enhance user engagement. • Conduct testing and debugging to maintain the functionality and quality of e-learning solutions. • Manage updates and improvements to existing e-learning systems based on user feedback and performance analytics. • Implement tracking and reporting features to monitor learner progress and outcomes. • Stay current with e-learning technologies, tools, and industry trends to continually improve development practices.
