Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate electrical installation and maintenance projects • Manage a team of electricians and oversee their work to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and regulations • Plan and organize work schedules, manpower, and materials to meet project deadlines • Ensure that work is carried out safely and in accordance with safety standards and procedures • Perform quality checks to ensure the work meets the required standards • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues and provide effective solutions • Maintain accurate records of work performed and prepare progress reports as required • Coordinate with other teams and contractors to ensure smooth project execution • Provide technical guidance and support to team members
