Engineering Specialist Public Health (SMP)

Assist UMD O&M in reviewing designs, inspecting installations, and supporting the handover of Public Health - related systems and equipment. Support the planning and professional execution of all related maintenance activities. Assist in developing and approving preventive maintenance programs and energy/environmental conservation initiatives. Support the planning, coordination, and execution of minor works projects related to Public Health systems. Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of Service Partner technical staff. Ensure all installed Public Health systems are in safe working conditions and fully compliant with applicable legislation and standards. Assist Service Partner technical teams in processing work requests promptly and accurately. Ensure the technical team operates the equipment safely and efficiently, and in accordance with guidelines. Support a culture of continuous improvement, personal development, and high performance across all O&M service delivery stakeholders.
