As Executive Director - Office Development, you will help shape development plans that support broader business priorities, working across internal leadership, external advisors, and public-sector stakeholders to drive progress, alignment, and delivery excellence. Responsibilities • Lead strategic planning and execution of office development initiatives end to end. • Oversee budgets, timelines, and delivery quality across multiple development projects. • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and government stakeholders on approvals. • Drive risk management, compliance, and governance throughout the development lifecycle. • Mentor senior project leaders and align development plans with business objectives.
