This strategic role will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting for our diverse entertainment projects, ensuring the company's fiscal health and driving strategic financial initiatives. The Executive Director will play a vital role in shaping the financial landscape of Qiddiya, providing leadership and strategic direction to the finance team, and ensuring that all financial practices align with the company's growth objectives and Vision 2030 goals. Responsibilities • Lead and manage the finance function for Qiddiya's entertainment developments, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. • Develop and implement financial strategies that support overall business objectives while maximizing revenue and controlling costs. • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for all entertainment projects, ensuring alignment with performance targets. • Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management, highlighting insights and recommendations for informed decision-making. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive accountability across departments regarding financial performance. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, implementing robust internal controls across all financial processes. • Foster relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies. • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing. • Support investment analysis and capital budgeting processes for new entertainment initiatives and projects.
