Financial Analyst (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a vital role in analyzing financial information, preparing reports, and supporting business decisions to drive the company's financial performance and growth. Key Responsibilities • Provide financial and commercial analysis to support senior management decision-making. • Review and analyze affiliate board materials and prepare management briefings. • Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and investment evaluations. • Review impairment assessments and acquisition-related financial analyses. • Support financial reporting and IFRS compliance requirements. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts on affiliate-related matters. • Ensure compliance with corporate governance policies and frameworks. • Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management. • Mentor and support junior team members as required.
