Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Management ● Direction: Set the technical direction and strategy for the development team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. ● Team Oversight: Manage the full team lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, setting performance goals, and conducting reviews. ● Culture: Foster a positive, productive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation. ● Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of learning by identifying areas for optimization and introducing new technologies or processes. Technical Excellence & Quality Assurance ● Architecture: Leverage a deep understanding of software development methodologies, architecture, and best practices to guide decision-making. ● Quality Control: Establish quality assurance processes, conduct code reviews, and implement testing strategies to ensure high reliability and quality standards. ● Industry Knowledge: Maintain a strong technical background and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
