Head Waiter

We are looking for an energetic, charismatic, and highly experienced Head Waiter to join the team at Little Krazy. This is not a traditional fine-dining environment — we are looking for someone who brings personality, energy, confidence, and a genuine love for creating memorable guest experiences . The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a vibrant, high-energy restaurant where the atmosphere can shift from dining to entertainment, with music, dancing, celebrations, and an engaged guest environment. You should be someone who naturally owns the floor , motivates the team, interacts confidently with guests, and knows how to create an atmosphere where people want to stay, celebrate, and come back. Key Responsibilities • Lead and supervise the front-of-house service team during each shift. • Act as a senior point of contact for guests, ensuring a fun, energetic, and highly engaging experience. • Coordinate table service, reservations, guest flow, and special requests. • Maintain excellent service standards while ensuring the atmosphere remains relaxed, vibrant, and entertaining. • Lead by example with confident, warm, and engaging guest interaction. • Be comfortable participating in the energy of the venue, including interacting with guests, and engaging with entertainment when appropriate. • Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve service issues. • Coordinate closely with the Restaurant Manager, kitchen, bar, host team, and entertainment team. • Brief and motivate the service team before each shift. • Monitor table sections, service timing, presentation, and guest satisfaction. • Support upselling of food, beverages, and special experiences in a natural and engaging manner. • Handle VIP guests and special occasions with confidence and discretion. • Coach junior waiters and ensure consistent service standards across the floor. • Manage guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when required. • Ensure all restaurant policies, hygiene standards, and operational procedures are followed. • Support opening and closing procedures and maintain a clean, organised, and guest-ready restaurant.
