Responsibilities • Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, Backhoe and cranes safely and efficiently • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while working on construction sites • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on equipment to maintain optimal performance • Collaborate with site supervisors and crew members to complete tasks effectively • Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and perform necessary reporting • Assist in the training of junior operators as needed
