HSE Officer - MARAFIQ Approved

The HSE Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in line with MARAFIQ regulations, thereby promoting a culture of safety and sustainability within our operations. This role involves implementing effective HSE management systems and fostering a proactive safety culture across the organization. Key Responsibilities • Develop, implement, and manage HSE policies and procedures in accordance with MARAFIQ requirements and best practices. • Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards and propose corrective actions. • Oversee HSE training and awareness initiatives to ensure all personnel are adequately trained on safety protocols and procedures. • Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement preventive measures. • Ensure accurate record-keeping of HSE activities, incidents, and compliance audits. • Collaborate with project teams and management to promote adherence to HSE standards and regulations. • Assist in the formulation of emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness. • Perform other duties as assigned to support the HSE department and enhance overall safety performance.
