The HSE Officer will work closely with various teams to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel. Key Responsibilities • Implement and maintain HSE management systems and protocols to comply with local and international standards. • Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards. • Facilitate training and awareness sessions to enhance safety culture among employees. • Assist in the investigation of incidents and accidents, preparing detailed reports and recommending preventive measures. • Ensure all HSE documentation and records are accurate and up to date. • Promote a proactive safety environment by encouraging reporting and addressing safety concerns. • Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective implementation of health and safety measures. • Support in the development and execution of emergency response plans and procedures. • Perform additional duties as required to enhance HSE performance.
