Interface Specialist

HanmiGlobal Saudi is looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Interface Specialist to support the management and coordination of interfaces between various project teams, contractors, and stakeholders. The role focuses on ensuring seamless communication and integration to facilitate smooth project execution and prevent delays caused by interface conflicts. Key Responsibilities • Assist in identifying, tracking, and resolving interface issues between disciplines and contractors. • Maintain and update interface documentation, such as interface registers, matrices, and logs. • Coordinate interface meetings and communicate interface-related information to relevant parties. • Support the Interface Manager in interface control and quality assurance activities. • Monitor progress and report interface status, risks, and potential conflicts. • Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure alignment of schedules and activities. • Contribute to continuous improvement of interface management processes and tools.
