IT Asset Management Analyst (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Asset Management Analyst to join our operations in Saudi Arabia. The IT Asset Management Analyst is responsible for maintaining the asset life cycle information including but not limited to the custodian, warranty and status for technology-based hardware and software assets. The IT Asset Management Analyst is also responsible for receiving, tagging, disposing the assets, updating the Assets database system, as well as developing and implementing procedures for tracking IT assets to oversee quality control throughout their lifecycles. Key Responsibilities • Manage the entire lifecycle of IT assets, including acquisition, inventory management, utilization tracking, and disposal. • Manage the complete IT asset lifecycle including receiving, tagging, tracking, loaning, repairing, and disposal of assets. • Maintain accurate asset records (custodian, warranty, status, refresh, and end-of-life) in the asset management system. • Conduct physical and system inventory audits, analyze variances, and ensure data accuracy. • Control asset acquisition, storage, movement, and disposal in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. • Prepare asset reports and dashboards and support process improvements and governance. • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IT asset management.
