Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive knowledge management strategies aligned with organizational goals • Create and manage knowledge repositories, ensuring content is relevant, accessible, and user-friendly • Assess knowledge flow within the organization and identify gaps to enhance knowledge sharing • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to capture and disseminate critical knowledge • Lead training and capacity-building initiatives to foster a knowledge-sharing culture among employees • Evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management practices and recommend improvements • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in knowledge management
