Lead Financial Control Analyst - Big 4 Experience

Eram Talent is seeking a highly experienced Lead Financial Control Analyst with a strong background in Big 4 consulting firms. This role involves leading financial control activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing strategic insights to support business objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional business units to maintain robust financial controls and improved financial reporting processes. The Lead Financial Control Analyst will oversee the identification and mitigation of financial risks, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial reporting. If selected, the work location would be onsite at Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage financial control processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory and corporate standards. • Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risks. • Collaborate with finance and business teams to optimize financial reporting and compliance. • Coordinate with external auditors during audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings. • Provide strategic analysis and insights to senior management to support decision-making. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to financial controls and reporting. • Mentor and guide team members, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
