Lead - Operational Risk Management

Key Responsibilities: • Design and establish a robust risk management framework tailored to the needs of Qiddiya’s projects. • Implement risk management strategies and tools to effectively identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks. • Develop and maintain risk registers for the projects and ensure ongoing monitoring and review of risk mitigation strategies. • Provide training and guidance to project teams on risk management processes and tools. • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate risk management into project planning and decision-making processes. • Prepare and present risk management reports and findings to senior management and relevant stakeholders. • Facilitate risk workshops and discussions to promote awareness and understanding of risks throughout the organization.
