Liaisonman - Offshore (Drilling OR Workover)

Eram Talent is looking for a dedicated Liaisonman for Offshore operations to be a part of our esteemed client's team. The Liaisonman acts as the primary interface between the Operator’s drilling/workover team, the drilling contractor, and third-party service providers to ensure smooth coordination and execution of offshore drilling and workover operations. The role ensures all operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Responsibilities • Serve as the focal point between the Operator and Drilling Contractor during offshore operations. • Coordinate day-to-day drilling and workover activities to ensure alignment with operational programs and schedules. • Supervise and monitor drilling, completion, and workover operations to ensure adherence to the approved work program. • Ensure that safety, environmental, and operational procedures are strictly followed at all times. • Communicate operational updates, challenges, and performance reports to the onshore drilling management team. • Verify and endorse contractor and third-party service company daily reports, job tickets, and timesheets. • Participate in daily operations meetings and contribute to planning and problem-solving discussions. • Ensure the availability and readiness of equipment, materials, and personnel for planned operations. • Support incident investigations and recommend corrective actions. • Liaise with logistics, marine, and procurement teams for the timely mobilization/demobilization of personnel and equipment.
