Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute application strategies and service offerings aligned with business objectives. • Analyze business requirements and deliver innovative application solutions for SEVEN and SCC. • Lead the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of smart systems and applications. • Manage and develop the Applications team, ensuring the required capabilities and technical expertise. • Conduct regular team meetings, monitor performance, and provide coaching and guidance. • Identify business growth opportunities and recommend technology-enabled solutions. • Drive learning and professional development initiatives to strengthen team capabilities. • Recruit, motivate, develop, and retain high-performing talent. • Translate business objectives into actionable application and technology strategies. • Promote best practices in application development, solution architecture, and delivery. • Identify and introduce innovative technologies and new ways of delivering business value. • Drive service improvements that enhance quality, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency. • Design and deliver technology solutions that align with business strategy and long-term objectives. • Ensure effective governance, operational controls, reporting, and performance management across application services. • Develop and present compelling business cases and value propositions for new solutions and initiatives. • Leverage emerging technologies and innovation to create competitive advantages for the business. • Ensure successful end-to-end delivery of application solutions, from requirements through implementation and transition to operations. • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners to ensure successful solution delivery.
