Manager - Procurement Performance Management

As a Manager of Procurement Performance Management, you will be instrumental in driving procurement excellence by managing performance measurement frameworks, data analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with procurement teams and leadership to streamline operations, optimize supplier performance, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain procurement performance metrics (KPIs and SLAs) to monitor efficiency, compliance, and value delivery across procurement activities. • Analyze procurement data and produce insightful reports and dashboards to track category and supplier performance against targets. • Identify operational inefficiencies and collaborate with stakeholders to implement continuous improvement initiatives. • Support Business Unit procurement teams in performance tracking and improvement plans. • Lead supplier performance management initiatives by monitoring contract adherence and facilitating corrective actions. • Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance excellence within the procurement function.
