Manager - Project Management Design - Mixed-Use - Urban Core (REQ737)

We're looking for a delivery-focused design project manager who can operate effectively across multiple disciplines and drive design development through to successful construction delivery. Support the successful design and project delivery of major Urban Core developments, ensuring design activities are effectively coordinated across consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders, while maintaining alignment with programme, quality, cost and overall project objectives. Key Responsibilities • Manage and coordinate the design process from concept through detailed design and construction delivery. • Support the development and implementation of project design strategies, programmes and deliverables. • Coordinate multidisciplinary design consultants, contractors and key project stakeholders. • Monitor design progress, identify risks and drive timely resolution of design and interface issues. • Manage design reviews, technical coordination, approvals and design change processes. • Ensure designs meet project requirements, quality standards, constructability and delivery objectives. • Work closely with Development, Commercial, Construction, Planning and other project functions. • Support procurement activities, consultant management and contractor design coordination. • Provide clear reporting on design progress, risks, key decisions and required actions.
