As MEP Commissioning Manager, you will lead the delivery and business development of Applus+ MEP testing and commissioning services across Saudi Arabia. The role combines technical leadership in commissioning management, HVAC testing, technical due diligence and condition assessment with responsibility for identifying opportunities, securing contracts and developing profitable client relationships. Working with Building & Inspection Department Management, you will develop the service offering and delivery team, manage projects from commissioning planning and system readiness through start-up, functional and integrated testing to final handover, and contribute directly to agreed sales, revenue and profitability targets.
