Operations Supervisor

Middle East Mattress Factory Co. (licencee of Sealy Inc. USA ) is seeking a results-driven Production / Operations Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing workflows at our plant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia . This role is vital for maintaining high quality, safety standards, and peak manufacturing efficiency across our premium bedding lines. Job Summary The Operations Supervisor will manage day-to-day manufacturing floor operations, coordinate multi-cultural production crews, and leverage ERP infrastructure to hit daily targets. The ideal candidate brings an engineering mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and specialized experience in manufacturing systems. Key Responsibilities • Floor Supervision: Coordinate, assign daily shifts, and monitor technicians and line operators to safely achieve production quotas. • Workflow Optimization: Manage operational directives on the floor to maximize machinery output (e.g., automated sewing, pocket spring lines, tape-edge machines). • System Tracking: Utilize Odoo ERP (Manufacturing and Inventory modules) to trace materials, process logs, and track shift performance metrics. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with maintenance, procurement, and logistics teams to mitigate raw material shortages and plan scheduled downtime. • Quality & Safety Assurance: Uphold stringent safety protocols and corporate quality benchmarks across all production lines.
