Project Execution Lead - EPC

Eram Talent is seeking a skilled Project Execution Lead with EPC experience, specifically with a background in working with Aramco, to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects while maintaining quality standards and adhering to safety regulations. The work location would be at Rabigh, Saudi Arabia . Key Responsibilities • Lead the planning and execution of EPC projects, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and safety standards. • Coordinate with various project teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. • Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting to meet project objectives. • Manage stakeholder communications and maintain strong relationships with clients, including Aramco. • Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. • Monitor and report on project performance, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing conditions. • Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and archived for future reference.
