SAP Functional Lead

Müller's Solutions is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive SAP Functional Lead to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading functional aspects of SAP projects, ensuring effective delivery, and aligning business requirements with SAP solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide guidance on best practices within various SAP modules. Key Responsibilities: • Lead functional requirements gatherings, analysis, and design in collaboration with business owners and project teams. • Support the integration and deployment of SAP solutions, ensuring business processes are effectively captured. • Act as a subject matter expert in specific SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SD, PP, or FI/CO). • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users. • Analyze and diagnose issues to provide solutions and improvements. • Ensure compliance with best practices and SAP standards in all functional deliverables. • Mentor and coach consultant team members to foster a culture of learning and professional growth.
