Senior BCM Specialist

Job Description We are seeking a Senior Business Continuity Management (BCM) Specialist to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Business Continuity Management arrangements. The role will be responsible for developing and implementing the BCM framework, policy, Business Impact Analysis (BIA), risk assessments, continuity strategies, Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), exercises, awareness programs, and performance reporting. The successful candidate will ensure that all BCM activities are aligned with ISO 22301:2019 , including the 2024 climate-action amendment , ISO 22313 guidance, and applicable local regulatory, contractual, and organizational requirements.
