Oversee external counsel and legal service providers, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with organizational objectives. Review and assess potential legal risks, claims, and disputes, providing recommendations on mitigation and resolution strategies. Lead the preparation of legal submissions, case documentation, witness statements, and supporting evidence. Represent the Legal function in discussions, negotiations, mediations, and settlement processes. Provide legal support to business units on contentious matters, regulatory inquiries, and dispute prevention initiatives. Monitor litigation trends, legal developments, and emerging risks that may impact the organization.
