About the Role: Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a strategic and experienced Associate Director - Compliance, Audit, Learning and Development . In this key role, you will oversee compliance and audit functions while also developing robust learning and development programs that align with our organizational goals and regulatory requirements. You will lead a team tasked with ensuring compliance with legal standards, conducting internal audits, and driving continuous improvement in our learning and development initiatives. Your leadership will be critical in fostering a culture of accountability, training, and adherence to best practices across the organization. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory standards across all operations. • Conduct regular audits and assessments of organizational practices to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance. • Manage risk assessments and compliance monitoring to proactively mitigate issues and ensure accountability. • Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth. • Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives and compliance requirements. • Prepare reports and presentations on compliance and audit findings for executive leadership and stakeholders. • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement through mentoring and coaching staff on compliance matters. • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively adjust practices and ensure compliance effectiveness.
