Senior Manager Strategic Finance Subsidiaries - General

--- Work closely with subsidiary management to drive the FP&A activities for subsidiaries ensuring all requirements are met Work with team to gain full alignment with strategy in preparation of subsidiary performance through delivery of management reporting packs Leverage financial metrics in financial strategic planning of subsidiaries, oversee financial analysis that will help in deriving the financial strategic orientation for planning & budgeting and to drive in increasing the value of the company Act as lead for center of excellence on group wide finance issues originating from subsidiaries Cascade the strategic planning to business models and financial plans across the subsidiaries to ensure overall financial plan matches with the expectations Keep abreast of emerging trends and technology in FP&A space and provide expert inputs to subsidiaries for improvement in effectiveness and efficiency of the function and its accelerators Work closely with FRC department teams to ensure FP&A activities are conducted in line with accounting standards Liaise and support Transformation team in the designing and execution of initiatives and transformation programs --- | 10 or more years' experience in a similar role with a real estate, construction, sovereign wealth fund, or investments company Extensive knowledge in Financial & Management Accounting Extensive knowledge in Planning, Budgeting and & Management Reporting Knowledge of Financial and Management Consolidation Knowledge of SAP, BI and EPM tools | Post-graduation degree/diploma or equivalent in management accounting and/or Finance Finance/Accounting certifications/qualification (CA, CPA, CIMA, CMA, ACCA, or similar)
