CodeNinja is looking for a Senior Solution Analyst with strong experience in the banking domain, payment systems, and core banking platforms . About the Role In this role, you will be embedded within a banking IT delivery environment. You will translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications, and support solution design, integration, and testing through strong documentation and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with BRD analysis, functional and technical specifications, Low-Level Design (LLD), APIs, and integrations across payment and core banking systems. They will ensure solutions stay aligned with strategic goals and regulatory frameworks. Key Responsibilities • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders. • Analyze and interpret Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and break them down into solution components. • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications , including SRDs. • Contribute to the preparation and validation of Low-Level Designs (LLDs) . • Work across APIs, integrations, and architectural components to shape and validate solutions. • Ensure domain alignment across payment systems and core banking platforms . • Support solution design, integration, and testing phases with clear, structured documentation. • Collaborate with business, architecture, development, and QA teams to drive business–IT alignment. • Ensure solutions align with strategic objectives and applicable regulatory frameworks . • Provide implementation support and maintain up-to-date solution documentation.
