ServiceNow Contract Lifecycle Management CLM Consultant Banking

Muller’s Solutions is looking for an experienced ServiceNow CLM Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and a background in the Banking/Financial Services sector . Key Responsibilities: • Implement, configure, and support ServiceNow CLM solutions . • Gather business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions. • Configure workflows, forms, business rules, notifications, and automation. • Manage contract lifecycle processes including contract creation, review, approval, execution, renewal, and termination . • Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems. • Work with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs . • Support data migration, testing, UAT, and deployment activities. • Troubleshoot issues and provide post-go-live support. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
