ServiceNow Developer - Advisor (SMP)

Platform Management: Overseeing the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it aligns with business needs and strategic goals. This includes managing development, upgrades, and integrations. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to other developers, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Solution Design & Development: Designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including custom features, workflows, and integrations. Possessing strong technical skills in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript), platform architecture, and integrations. Project Management: Participating in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Integration Management: Overseeing the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. Quality Assurance: Conducting code and design reviews, ensuring high-quality solutions and adherence to best practices. Problem Solving: Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform, providing timely solutions. Communication & Collaboration: Working closely with stakeholders, including business users and other IT teams, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Min. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is necessary. Min. 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other relevant modules. Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), platform architecture, and integrations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering efficient and effective solutions. Experience in managing projects and participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle. Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) are often preferred
