ServiceNow Technical Lead

Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and solutions. Configure and develop ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and Script Includes. Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, OAuth, SSO, and other integration technologies. Provide technical expertise across ServiceNow modules, with strong focus on ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, Integrations, and Platform Development . Lead technical activities throughout the full implementation lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and ensure ServiceNow best practices are followed. Troubleshoot complex technical, performance, and integration issues. Mentor and provide technical guidance to ServiceNow developers and consultants. Participate in customer workshops, solution demonstrations, PoCs, and presales activities. Prepare technical documentation, estimates, solution designs, and implementation plans. Identify technical risks and recommend appropriate solutions and mitigation strategies.
