Responsibilities • Perform MIG and ARC welding on generator components and assemblies • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for fabrication • Prepare metal surfaces for welding by cleaning, cutting, and fitting • Conduct quality checks to ensure welds meet industry standards and specifications • Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools • Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times • Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines • Maintain a clean and organized work area
