Solution Architect - Banking Domain

Industry: Banking & Financial Services Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in banking and financial services , extensive exposure to the Gulf region , and deep expertise in enterprise architecture, integration, cloud, and middleware technologies . The ideal candidate will play a critical role in translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions, while working closely with business and technical stakeholders across large enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities • Design and lead end-to-end solution architecture for large-scale banking and financial systems • Define high-level and detailed architecture models covering application, integration, data, and infrastructure layers • Lead architecture decisions for core banking, payments, digital channels, APIs, and integration platforms • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security, scalability, and performance requirements • Drive and govern API-led and microservices-based architectures • Oversee solution delivery across the full SDLC , ensuring quality, timelines, and architectural compliance • Support and guide development, DevOps, and operations teams during implementation • Participate in architecture reviews, technical governance, and stakeholder presentations • Work within Agile / SAFe environments , supporting multiple squads and cross-functional teams
